CANCELLATION DETAILS

We offer complete refunds for cancellations notified at least 2 weeks before the date of the event. Within 14 to 3 days notice, the cancellation fee amounts to 50% of the total amount paid. Within 3 to 0 days of the date of your tasting or tour, cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the total amount paid.

TIPS BEFORE YOUR DAY TRIP TO CHAMPAGNE

Pick-up and drop-off at your hotel in Paris (please indicate your hotel address in the comment section). You will receive a message or a call the day before the trip in order to organize the pick-up.

Wine cellars are usually quite cold and damp (45°F/10°C): do not forget to bring warm clothes with you. Some visits include a lot of stairs and no elevator to access the underground galleries. Please note that the schedule and the wineries visited are subject to minor changes depending on the season and on supplier availability. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at the time of the Booking.
