We choose our wines primarily for their taste quality, but it is true that meetings and exchanges with winemakers often follow.
We have no cultural preconceived ideas for the choice of our wines, namely that winemakers work in a traditional way, in organic agriculture, biodynamics or even in a natural way.
On the other hand, it is clear that our partner winemakers devote the greatest respect to their land, so the vast majority of them favor low-intervention agriculture.
However, we are convinced that wine is, first and foremost, made by man and that his work is essential to obtain quality wine.
