Back in 2004, the founders of Ô Chateau had a somewhat bold idea: to democratize the world of wine and oenology by making it more accessible, more dynamic, and more human.
As a pioneer of wine tourism in Paris, Ô Chateau began by offering wine tasting classes in English, before expanding into a full range of wine-related services.In 2011, the adventure took a decisive turn with the opening of the largest wine bar in Paris, just steps from the Louvre.
Nestled next to the Canopée des Halles, Ô Chateau found its home in the heart of the city, in the vibrant 1st arrondissement that embodies the revival of central Paris.
The space impresses and charms with its high ceilings, elegant design, and warm atmosphere.Today, Ô Chateau has established itself as a haven for wine lovers — a place to taste, to learn, and to connect.

Depuis plus de 20 ans, Ô Chateau propose tous les jours, en français et en anglais, des dégustations de vin pensées pour différents publics — du simple curieux à l’amateur passionné. Ce sont plus de 500 000 personnes qui sont venu assister à une dégustation chez Ô Chateau.Chaque atelier est animé par l’un de nos sommeliers professionnels, dans une ambiance conviviale.Ici, on parle du vin avec passion, mais surtout avec des mots simples et accessibles. Pas besoin d’être expert pour se faire plaisir ou apprendre à reconnaître ce que l’on aime. Nos dégustations explorent des thématiques variées : grandes régions viticoles françaises, appellations confidentielles, accords mets & vins, ou même grands crus. À travers une sélection de vins rigoureusement choisis, nous vous aidons à affiner vos goûts, à mieux comprendre ce qui se passe dans votre verre — toujours dans l’échange, et surtout dans le plaisir.
