We hold our tastings in a beautiful wine cellar located right near the Louvre in the heart of Paris, in the 1st arrondissement.

O Chateau is located in a ‘hotel particulier” which had been owned by Mme de Pompadour in the 17th century. Voltaire, Rousseau or Georges Sand used to attend the famous receptions organized by the lady of the house. In these beautiful old vaulted cellars, the most famous French wines were stored for the enjoyment of her guests.

In 2011, over a period of 5 months, O Chateau renovated and redecorated this unique venue and opened it to the public for the first time. Today, it is our privilege to welcome our clients in the largest and the most beautiful Wine Bar in Paris, offering an authentic and elegant environment.
