The Air Wine Experience

In October 2009, O Chateau broke the record of the highest Wine Tasting in the world 936,000ft of altitude. We partenered up with Vueling to arrange this once ina lifetime event. It was lots of fun for us, as well as for the journalists andpassengers onboard that day. Check out the video of The Air Wine Experience here.

The Champagne Cruise

In 2008, we partnered up with Seine River Cruise company ‘Les Vedettes de Paris’ to create a brand new type of cruise on the Seine: the Champagne Cruise. Two years later, severeal thousand people have enjoyed this unforgettable hour cruising down the Seine and sipping on Champagne. And four people have already proposed their girlfriend on this cruise! Gentlemen?!

The Vineyard of Montmartre

The Vineyard of Montmartre has always been closed to the public. Understandable of course. In 2010, for the first time, we managed to get an authorization to have O Chateau’s clients visit this unique place (which remains completely closed to the public the rest of the time).

Le Wine Dating

In 2007, O Chateau created the concept of Wine Dating. That is, Wine Tasting for single people. The Wine Tasting evenings attracted up to 100 people at the top of the Tour Montparnasse. Stunning views and amazing nights. We stopped that program for… lack of men! In July 2009, Olivier Magny – the founder of O Chateau and initiator of the concept - was invited to Milan to host the very first Wine Dating to take place in Italy. It received huge press coverage in Italy (maybe Italians are more romantic than the French after all!!)

Stuff Parisians Like

Olivier Magny, the founder of O Chateau is also the author of much-acclaimed blog “Stuff Parisians Like”. Several thousand unique visitors a week for what has turned out to be one of of the most influential blogs about Paris. Stuff Parisians Like should (fingers crossed) soon be turned into a book.

Paris Entreprendre

In 2007, O Chateau was a laureate of the Paris Entreprendre Network. This prestigious group aims at rewarding Paris’ most promising entrepreneurs and small companies. Thanks to the fantastic work of Nicolas Paradis, we managed to convince top business people that we are not just a bunch of drunks!
