Olivier Humbrecht – Domaine Zind-Humbrecht

olivier-humbrechtOlivier Humbrecht’s wines have their place amongst the world’s greatest white wines. The man in question is a strapping lad, unswervingly attached to his terroir. As well as being one of the biggest talents in French wine, he is one of the few French people to have obtained the prestigious title of “Master of Wine.” Olivier Humbrecht is one of the big names in French biodynamic agriculture. In 2006, the American magazine The Wine Spectator named him Winemaker of the Year.

Before tasting his often quite staggering wines, Rencontres Ô Chateau offers you the chance to hear from the man himself…
